By accessing or using TALKN products, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
本サービス（以下「本サービス」）を利用される際は、本利用規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、速やかに利用を中止してください。
2. Accounts & Security / アカウントとセキュリティ
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts.
ユーザーは、認証情報の管理とその下で発生する一切の行為について責任を負います。
3. Permitted Use / 適正な利用
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with service operations is prohibited.
本サービスは、法令および業界ガイドラインに従い適正な方法でご利用ください。不正アクセス、スクレイピング、リバースエンジニアリング、サービス運営への妨害などは禁止されています。
4. Intellectual Property / 知的財産権
All content, trademarks, and technologies associated with the Services remain the property of TALKN or its partners. No license is granted beyond the limited right to use the Services as described herein.
本サービスに含まれるコンテンツ、商標、技術は当社またはパートナー企業に帰属します。本規約で明示された範囲を超える利用権は付与されません。
5. Service Changes / サービスの変更
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable. Critical changes will be announced on the website or via direct communication.
当社は、必要に応じて本サービスの全部または一部を変更・中断・終了する場合があります。重要な変更については、当社ウェブサイト等で事前に通知します。
6. Disclaimer & Limitation / 免責事項
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TALKN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.
本サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、明示または黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。利用によって生じた損害について、当社は直接・間接を問わず責任を負いません。
7. Governing Law / 準拠法
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan unless otherwise mandated by local legislation. Any disputes will be resolved in the Tokyo District Court unless the parties agree otherwise.
本規約は、法令で別段の定めがある場合を除き、日本法を準拠法とします。紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
