1. Overview / 概要

talkn（「当社」）は、プロダクトおよびサービスをご利用いただく皆さま（「ユーザー」）の個人情報保護を最優先事項としています。This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you engage with our websites, APIs, and supporting services.

2. Information We Collect / 取得する情報

Information you submit: when you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.

ご入力いただく情報：お問い合わせフォームをご利用いただいた場合、氏名・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容を取得します。

Information collected automatically: a visitor identifier and a session identifier, the event type (page view, in-page navigation, session end), the page URL, the referrer, UTM campaign parameters, your browser user agent, how long you stayed and how many pages you viewed in a session, and clicks on measured elements.

自動的に取得する情報：訪問者識別子・セッション識別子、イベント種別（ページ表示、サイト内遷移、セッション終了）、ページURL、参照元、UTMパラメータ、ブラウザのユーザーエージェント、滞在時間および1セッションあたりの閲覧ページ数、計測対象要素のクリックを取得します。

Approximate location: your IP address is resolved to a country, region, city, approximate latitude/longitude, and time zone. The IP address itself is used only at the moment of the request — to derive this location and to apply our internal exclusion list — and is not stored alongside the record.

おおよその位置情報：IPアドレスから、国・地域・市区町村・おおよその緯度経度・タイムゾーンを割り出して保存します。IPアドレスそのものはリクエストの処理時に位置情報の割り出しと社内除外リストの判定にのみ用い、記録と一緒に保存することはありません。

If you purchase a plan, your payment details are entered directly on Stripe's payment screen. We never receive or store your card number.

有料プランをお申し込みの場合、カード情報はStripeの決済画面に直接入力されます。当社がカード番号を受け取ることも、保存することもありません。

3. Purpose of Use / 利用目的

Your information is used to respond to inquiries, to understand how our site is used and improve it, to detect and prevent abuse, to process payments, and to send essential operational notices.

取得した情報は、お問い合わせへの対応、サイトの利用状況の把握と改善、不正利用の検知と防止、決済処理、重要なお知らせの配信のために利用します。

4. Identifiers & How to Opt Out / 識別子と計測の停止方法

We do not use cookies for analytics. The visitor and session identifiers described above are stored in your browser's local storage and session storage by our own first-party script. They are not shared with advertising networks, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.

当社は解析にCookieを使用していません。上記の訪問者識別子・セッション識別子は、当社自身のスクリプトがブラウザのローカルストレージおよびセッションストレージに保存します。広告ネットワークと共有することはなく、広告配信のためのプロファイル作成にも利用しません。

Because these are not cookies, blocking cookies alone does not stop this measurement. To remove the identifiers, clear this site's stored data in your browser settings (often shown as "site data" or "storage"); session storage is also cleared when you close the tab. You may also contact us using Section 9 below.

Cookieではないため、Cookieのブロックだけでは計測は止まりません。識別子を削除するには、ブラウザの設定で本サイトの保存データ（「サイトデータ」「ストレージ」等と表示されます）を削除してください。セッションストレージはタブを閉じた時点でも消去されます。下記9項の窓口へご連絡いただくことも可能です。

5. Service Providers / 利用している外部サービス

We rely on the following providers. Each receives only what its function requires: Vercel (website hosting; receives request logs including IP addresses), Amazon SES (delivery of inquiry emails), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Fonts (web fonts, which your browser requests directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and user agent).

当社は以下のサービスを利用しています。それぞれ、その機能に必要な範囲の情報のみを受け取ります。Vercel（サイトのホスティング。IPアドレスを含むリクエストログを受け取ります）、Amazon SES（お問い合わせメールの送信）、Stripe（決済処理）、Google Fonts（Webフォント。ブラウザがGoogleへ直接リクエストするため、GoogleにIPアドレスとユーザーエージェントが渡ります）。

Location is resolved using a GeoLite2 database file held on our own servers. Your IP address is not sent to any external geolocation service.

位置情報の割り出しは、当社サーバー上に置いたGeoLite2のデータベースファイルで行っています。IPアドレスを外部の位置情報サービスへ送信することはありません。

6. Data Sharing & Retention / 第三者提供・保存期間

We do not sell personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Beyond the providers listed above, we disclose information only with your consent or where required by law. We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law.

当社はユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。また、第三者のマーケティング目的で提供することもありません。上記のサービス提供者を除き、ご本人の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合に限り開示します。情報は利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間を超えて保管しません。

7. Your Choices / ユーザーの権利

You can request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of your personal data by contacting us. Requests will be processed after verifying identity unless legal exemptions apply.

ユーザーは、保有個人データの開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を求めることができます。ご請求の際は本人確認のうえ、法令に基づき速やかに対応します。

8. Updates / 改定

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or best practices. Material updates will be announced on this site with the effective date.

本ポリシーは、サービスの変更や法令の改定等に応じて更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイト上で施行日とともに告知します。
